Endospheres Therapy is a treatment that addresses multiple issues simultaneously. Although the majority of our clients have their Endospheres therapy sessions for cellulite reduction purposes, the treatment is also also for those who want to improve their lymphatic drainage, blood circulation, detoxify the body, improve muscle tone, tighten skin, and speed up muscle recovery after workouts.
- Tightened and toned muscles and tissues
- Eliminated or greatly improved cellulite as well as the causes of cellulite (toxins stagnation, poor circulation, etc)
- Improved lymphatic drainage and puffiness
- Increased metabolism
- Reduced circumference of waist and thighs
- Improved contours of the silhouette
- Faster muscle recovery
- Decreased fat deposits
The amount of sessions needed varies from person to person and will depend on your physical condition. We usually recommend getting 12 sessions performed twice a week but at least 48 hours apart between sessions.
The duration of results will depend on multiple factors, such as your lifestyle (diet, exercises, water intake, etc.) and physical condition. If you follow a healthy lifestyle, results can last up to 6 months. However, we strongly recommend to follow a maintenance protocol and schedule your sessions once or twice a month for the long lasting results.
The maintenance protocol includes 1-2 sessions per month for the next 8-10 months after completing your initial package. After this we strongly recommend getting a new 12 sessions package performed twice a week. However, in certain circumstances we may suggest getting a new package after 3-4 months.
Make sure to maintain a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, and get enough sleep.

- Phlebitis
- Severe Varicose veins
- Taking anticoagulant drugs
- Active Cancer or Cancer treatments in the past five years (unless doctor’s clearance is received)
- Surgery in the past three months (unless doctor’s clearance is received)
- Active eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area
- Presence of an active skin and/or bacterial infection
- Diastasis Recti
- Implants
- Hernia
The standard protocol for Facial treatments varies based on the client’s age and severity of their concerns. However, we usually recommend 12 initial sessions performed twice a week for the best results followed by the maintenance protocol (1-2 times a month).
Maintenance is recommended for best results. As age, genetics, and lifestyle are the primary determinants of these issues, results will be long-lasting but fade without maintenance.
The maintenance protocol includes 1-2 sessions per month for the next 6-7 months after completing your initial package. After this we strongly recommend getting a new 6 or 12 sessions package performed twice a week. However, in certain circumstances we may suggest getting a new package after 3-4 months.
We strongly encourage you to strictly follow the protocol recommended by the technician during the consultation. Please remember that the outside beauty starts from within. Therefore, you should drink a lot of water, have a good skin care routine, minimize sun exposure, get at least 8 hours of sleep, minimize stress, have a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Also, consider incorporating collagen-boosting foods as well as foods that are high in Vitamin C (since Vitamin C plays a major role in the production of pro-collagen) and have a good skincare routine.

Ideal candidates for CryoSlimming treatments are individuals who want to lose inches and decrease fat pockets that do not improve with diet and exercise alone.
The number of treatments will vary from person to person. For most clients we recommend to get 5 sessions performed once every two weeks. Most of the clients see results after the first session, but sustainable change usually becomes most significant around the session #4.
If you maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, eat a nutritious diet and exercise regularly, the results will be permanent. However, we recommend scheduling maintenance sessions every 3 months, or as needed (depending on your personal goals).
Keep in mind that CryoSlimming is not an alternative to diet and exercise. It is better to think about it as a secret weapon in your beauty routine. To achieve the best results, we strongly encourage you to increase water intake during your CryoSlimming program. Moreover, we suggest eliminating refined sugars from your diet as much as possible.
CryoSlimming is a completely natural and non-invasive treatment. While other fat freezing modalities use suction mechanisms which tend to be damaging to skin elasticity, the alternation between heat and cold during CryoSlimming session actually has an ancillary toning benefit that promotes production of collagen and elastin in the skin.

Ideal candidates for CryoToning are the individuals with cellulite (we recommend pairing Endospheres Therapy and CryoToning for achieving the superb results), individuals with loose skin, individuals with skin lacking evenness in texture and/or tone, and individuals with signs of aging.
As a rule of thumb we recommend 5 sessions performed once or twice per week. Some clients will require 10 sessions, or an individual package which will combine CryoSlimming, CryoToning, and Endospheres treatments depending on one’s concerns and desired treatment outcomes. Mist clients will see sustainable results around 3-4 sessions. Also, since the treatment has a cumulative effect, the production of collagen will be ramping up over time.
Please remember that CryoToning is not an alternative to diet and exercise, so make sure to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle and increase your water intake during your CryoToning program.
Please note that the production of the key proteins in the skin- collagen and elastin- are primarily determined by age, genetics, and lifestyle, so the results of these treatments won’t be permanent. Therefore, maintenance routine is essential for CryoToning treatments. Make sure to schedule your maintenance sessions to sustain your results. For the clients over 45, we recommend starting with the treatment program of 5 sessions 2 times per week and then maintaining every 1-3 months as needed. For the clients under 45, we recommend a CryoToning program of 5 sessions 1 time per week and then maintenance every 2-3 months as needed.

Individuals with signs of aging, fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness, dark circles, dullness, uneven tone, lack of elasticity, sagging skin
The amount of treatments will vary from one individual to another. We recommend a minimum of 5 sessions CryoFacial program performed once or twice per week. Some clients may require 10 sessions to achieve their goals and concerns. We also recommend combining CryoFace with Endospheres Face Therapy for the best results.
CryoFace produces an instant effect. However, for sustainable results maintenance is required because the treatment has a cumulative effect in the body where microcirculation and collagen production ramp up over time.
We strongly encourage you to strictly follow the protocol recommended by the technician during the consultation. In the same way that plants use chlorophyll to convert sunlight into energy, high intensity light emitting diodes (LEDs) utilizing specific, proven wavelengths of light can trigger a natural biostimulatory effect in human tissue. Research has shown that light emitting diode (LED) or phototherapy can increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, kill acne bacteria, decrease inflammation, improve acne prone skin, skin tone, texture and clarity, decrease under eye wrinkles as well as ease muscle and joint pain, stiffness, spasm, and pain associated with arthritis. Simply put, the LED phototherapy source provides compromised cells with added energy so the cells performance is enhanced. For example, fibroblast cells will increase collagen and elastin production in connective tissue to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in our skin and increase the rate of wound healing.
We recommend doing a Light Therapy Session 2 times a week for 4-6 weeks to start any light therapy treatment for skin conditions, after which a maintenance appointment of once a month is all you’d need unless any new skin concerns appear.
Light therapy is a completely safe and non-invasive form of treatment with no known side effects. Though it is rare, some individuals may experience mild redness or sensitivity after the therapy, which usually dissipates within a few hours.
One of the remarkable aspects of Celluma Light Therapy is its lack of downtime or recovery period. Patients are able to get back to their regular routines immediately after the treatment. There are no restrictions or special post-treatment care requirements. The therapy is non-invasive, non-ablative, and free from any adverse effects that might hinder daily life.
The maintenance protocol includes 1-2 sessions per month for the next 8-10 months after completing your initial package. After this we strongly recommend getting a new 12 sessions package performed twice a week. However, in certain circumstances we may suggest getting a new package after 3-4 months.
