I normally don’t write reviews, but this one is earned. My fiancée has been coming to ReShaped for a while and kept telling me I needed to try Endospheres for lymphatic drainage and CryoSlimming for stubborn areas. I was skeptical at first - I work out regularly and thought that should be enough if I push harder. It wasn’t. After a few Endospheres sessions, I noticed something I didn’t expect - significantly more muscle definition, less water retention, and faster athletic recovery between workouts. The lymphatic drainage made a real difference in how tight and sharp my body looked. I felt lighter, stronger, and more responsive in training within weeks. Masha is magic! I found her 18 months ago while searching the Endospheres website because she was one of the only authorized Endospheres Therapy providers in West LA - that part is important! I’m so grateful I did. I had tried everything for cellulite reduction: cupping, French palper-rouler massages, dry brushing, infrared saunas, weight training. Endospheres is what finally gave me results I genuinely never thought were possible. I followed Masha’s recommended protocol (for me it was six sessions over three weeks to start, then weekly for six weeks, followed by maintenance) and it was 100% worth it. I wish there were 50 more stars to rate Re-Shaped. Let’s start with Masha and Vikki who,  apart from being the sweetest and most fun girls to chat with, couldn’t be more knowledgeable about the techniques they use to combat cellulite as well as all the other health benefits associated  with Endosphere treatment. I look so forward to my weekly (sometimes bi or even tri-weekly treatments depending on if it’s summer or If I have an event or have been traveling a lot). I’m truly shocked at how well Endosphere works not just on my cellulite, but feeling just how much it releases tension all over my body. I don’t get massages anymore because I feel like this is far more effective and efficient at draining my lymph nodes. They even have my boyfriend hooked. I want to thank Masha and Vicky so very much. I started coming to see them a few months ago hoping to tone my arms. Masha  let me know that she could also help with my lower body. My legs from top to bottom have felt and looked so bloated my whole adult life and I thought it was just the way I was built. It turns out I was wrong. Masha said a lot of the weight I was carrying was fluid and suggested I try the full body endospheres treatment to get it unstuck and moving. For the first time in decades my legs feel light, have contour and I've started wearing shorts.  I've hated them for so long, it really feels like a miracle that im liking them. And yes, with the endospheres and a couple of cryo sessions, my arms are much more toned. I'm so happy! I have never felt pushed, only supported and cared for. I have never regretted a moment or a dime spent there. It just feels so good to feel freer in my body. I learned about Endospheres through researching lymphatic massage, and after talking with my doctors and meeting with Masha, knew this was the right place for me. Masha is an exceptional, thorough, skilled, knowledgeable, and caring practitioner who checks in and follows up with her clients to ensure their safety, comfort, and satisfaction with their treatments. I had profound results with multiple treatments in a shortened time frame, and then noticeable and similar effects when I continued with maintenance treatments once every three or four weeks - the body remembers! Endospheres helps with my inflammation, digestion, sleep, and energy levels, and it also has improved the elasticity of my skin and reduced my problematic and embarrassing cellulite areas. ReShaped is the best place to get your lymphatic drainage treatments / lymphatic drainage massages from. Initially, I was kind of on a fence about trying lymphatic drainage treatments, but multiple people I know and trust repeatedly referred me to this place, so I decided to give it a go. They are so much more powerful than any regular massages are. I feel like a million bucks every time I leave this place. I was very hesitant to make my Endosphères appointment because one of my girlfriends mentioned that Endosphères therapy is a great treatment but it isn’t just about the treatment but also about who does it (technique and pressure). I tried two other places (and was disappointed) before I found (re)shaped. They are simply amazing. They are not just stupidly rubbing your skin with the handpiece, but actually know what to do and how to do it! My technician, Masha, is always so attentive and also helpful with recommendation about the things I should do on my own to speed up the process. My girlfriend referred me to this studio about two months ago. While she goes there for her own reasons, she told me I need to try it for muscle recovery and lymphatic drainage (I retain water easily). I haven't heard of Endospheres Therapy before, but apparently it is the latest health and wellness trend. I have been coming every week since then. It works magic and now is essential part of my workout routine. Not only it helps my muscle recovery, but it also gives me so much energy and it feels like it improves my digestion and metabolism. I really enjoyed this treatment. It was my first time doing Endosphere and I found it really interesting. I had a ruptured hamstring injury from 20 years ago for which I've tried all sorts of therapies. It's hard to describe, but while the wand was over the injury, it was really profound. I'm going back for that more than anything else. That being said, I also noticed a change in my undereye bags and general skin tone on just the first treatment. Maryia was wonderful and easy to be with. I also really liked the space. It felt clean and peaceful without being super spa-like which I actually don't enjoy.
